LJ Hooker St Peters was established in 1988 by Company Directors Mario Bonomi, Rino Pancione and later included a third partner Claude Buccella. Their main focus was to provide exceptional service for a sales process however, after not too long, they commenced managing many of the properties they were selling and their focus turned to Commercial Property Management services. In January 2010, the LJ Hooker Commercial Adelaide franchise became available. They purchased the business to include Sales and Leasing services and they now sit as Industry Leaders in the Commercial Management field.

Both Mario and Rino are well respected and recognised by property owners and national corporate companies within the commercial and industrial sector. Both Directors play a major role in the day to day administration of their departments and have a very ‘hands on’ approach to managing their portfolios. They keep everything under strict control. Needless to say, they care about their business to the point that their duties extend around the clock 24 hours 7 days a week.

Mario Bonomi was the inaugural inductee into the REISA (Real Estate Industry of South Australia) Hall of Fame for the Property Management Practitioner of the Year (Commercial & Industrial) 2006- 2009. The Company has also been inducted into the REISA Hall of Fame for Property Management Agency of the Year (Commercial & Industrial) 2007-2011.
