"The Mooloolaba beachfront precinct is a sought after area in regard to commercial leasing particularly primary sites on the beachfront esplanade and will become more sort after with the proposed new car park, on the corner of Brisbane Road & First Avenue and redevelopment of the Mooloolaba fore-shore car park," Mr Stewart said.
"It is pleasing to see growing public and private business investment confidence in the area and already we are experiencing more enquiry activity from major tenants seeking larger premises.

"Rates per square metre in Mooloolaba have slipped slightly but are expected to improve with a strengthening economy and increasing disposable income," Mr Guilfoyle said.
